He is insanely knowledgeable, always there for his customers and will answer and explain anything and everything with you. We have used him on all 3 of our homes. Especially, when you are first time home buyer and all of this can be very intimidating, Paul will put you at ease and go over everything with you in detail. He is on top of it all and will make sure you have all of your things in order like paperwork, appraisals, inspections done in time.
